1. I need to create an account to place an order?
You can complete the order is registered as a client and as a Guest. If you are a new customer and you want to register an account, you can click the Record button and enter your personal information.

9. Will I be reimbursed for the full value of my order?

Shipping costs are not refundable, unless your articles are defective / misdelivery.

5. What are the delivery times and what it will cost?
Normally delivery take 24 / 48h working throughout Italy.
The shipping costs are 9,99 euro Free after i 149 EUR spending.
6. Can I change or cancel the order once it has been made the order?
Before your purchases have been prepared for shipment we can cancel the order, edit an item, change the size or add products.
Please be aware that we are not able to combine orders or add items to an existing order once it has been processed.

8. How can I return or exchange an item?
Make a return or exchange is very easy. Is 14 days to decide to return an item.
Just request a goods return authorization number by sending us an email to the address firstname.lastname@example.org.
7.How can I track my order?
Once the package with your order leaves our warehouse you will receive an automatic email with the courier tracking number DHL to follow his journey.
If you are a registered customer, you will have the opportunity to follow your shipment by logging into your account under My Orders.
10. You can get a voucher rather than a refund?

12-I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE ORDER CONFIRMATION MAIL. MY ORDER HAS BEEN DELIVERED?
If you have not received the confirmation email, but in the shop you have seen the message with your confirmed order number and they have charged you the corresponding expense, you can be sure that your order has been successfully taken over. It is possible that you did not receive the email because the indicated email address contains an error, because the email ended up by mistake in the spam box or because there was a computer error on our part with the sending of the confirmation email. You will receive your order without problems.
If, on the other hand, the shopping was not successful, you can contact us through the email address firstname.lastname@example.org and we will personally confirm the status of your order.
