You can return products that do not satisfy you within a period of 14 days (the deadline starts later 14 days from the day the order is received).
Please note that we can only change the products for another product, not for a different model. If you are interested in a different model, you will need to place a new order.
Drone24hours.com it is not obliged to accept goods if it has been used or damaged. Please pack the goods in the same way they were received and be aware that we will not accept products without their films and labels..
Please be aware that returns will not be accepted if they show signs of wear or are not returned in the original box.
Damaged goods / incorrect
In case you receive wrong and / or damaged goods, please contact our customer service within 14 days from receipt of the goods.
Please follow the return procedure as for returns. Cancellations, Exchanges or returns are not accepted for orders of PREORDERED or customized products.

For the returned goods considered genuinely defective, We ship a replacement free of charge. In almost all cases, we will work with you to resolve the issue before accepting the return.
In your initial e-mail address, send us photos of your product and video , detailed description of the problem and a description of what you have already done to fix it. You may be asked to send back the item.
-Once the return has been accepted by a member of our staff, send the package back to Drone24hours.com via shipping not refunded.

Please get a tracking number when returning goods and email it to drone24hours@gmail.com.
We assume no responsibility for lost packets. In the case in which a returned package do not restore him, Drone24hours.com cannot be held responsible for the loss of goods during the return process.
We can not refund the shipping costs for returning or refund shipping charges. The shipping and handling charges for all orders will not be refunded.

REFUND TIMES
Please note that we have up to 30 days to complete the payment of the refund, starting from the day you receive your made to our warehouse.
